Coffee sourced from the hills surrounding the Izuba station was meticulously processed as a honey after careful floating and sorting to eliminate defects. These exquisite beans were then sun-dried on raised beds for 30 days.

Izuba, meaning "sun" in Kirundi, is the name of the station where this coffee underwent processing. It is owned by our trusted partners at Raw Material, and this marks the third season we have procured coffee from them, ensuring a positive impact.

A relative of last season's Roy Sunshine, Lime Sunshine is a delectable, vibrant, and juicy espresso. Roasted to a medium-light level to accentuate its crisp citrus fruit notes while also showcasing a smooth and sweet maple finish.
